Get really drunk and get very little sleep.

Know your range and stay with it. If you are just looking to increase the power: Don't sing from the throat, bring it up from the diaphram. Getting drunk will not help, but keeping a glass of beer handy always helps me to keep the vocals loose. Some also say that drinking a bit of olive oil right before singing is helpful (I, personally, find that method quite disgusting).

whisky (tht sounds really bad but i no Christina Aguilera uses tht supposedly) or um get some tips from a husky, go to a concert and scream your lungs out, or get a cold
