I don't see either being eliminated any time soon. But because of the nature of the beast, I don't think there can be perfect individualism. Humans are social animals. We have been social since we first started to walk upright, and even before. Look at the other great primates. They too are social animals. It seems that there is a need to band together in groups, and when you have a group, you need rules. It's called mammalian politics.

Nationality is needed to identify ourselves in this world. Marriage is needed for men & women to live. Marriage is a contract between a man & woman. If it is not there, then man's life will become like animal's. Now HIV rate is 5%, if marriage is not there it will increase and finally world will perish.
