How do I store images from the net,etc..so I can post them on bloggs, avitar, etc...?

Im fairly new at the computer and I see all these cool avatars and pics that people have. Its amazing to see all the creativity. Its truely an amazing world that we live in. Can someone help me release my creativity.

right click on the pic and then left click "Save picture as"

If you're on windows right click and choose the option Save Image As.
If you're on Mac ctrl+click and choose the option save as.

Alternatively, When you have your designated folder window open and click and drag the image you want to save to the window with your designated folder. Some people finds this faster.
