Time management is something few people have mastered, plan out your day, and stick to you schedule.
I have a newborn, go to school, go to work, and hopefully will get a second job too while still keeping my husband happy and house clean, no I'm not superwoman but as long as you have time set aside for each thing, everything is possible. Good Luck and

Without a doubt stay in english. Your sentence structure needs alot of work. It's not even close to acceptable.
