that would be Gears of War. Best graphics I have EVER seen in a video game, plus it plays unbelievably well. Lots of blood and gore, if you're into that as well.

probably gears of war and elder scrolls IV Oblivion and if your really into intense blood and gore then dead rising is pretty good.
All of these games have excellent graphics.
