Gears of War without a doubt. single player is loads of fun but add to that the ability to play coop with a friend and multiplayer via xbox live and you have a winner. the graphics will blow your mind and make you glad you held off on the ps3. sales have already hit 2 million and that many people can't be wrong. if youre looking for more of a tactical shooter with true first-person perspective rainbow six vegas is a good choice. if shooters arent your style at all ive heard good things about viva pinata which is kind of a sim-style game. if you're a sports gamer nba 2k7 (NOT nba live 07 - horrible reviews) or fight night round 3 are your best options. you should check out IGN's best games of 2006 for the xbox 360 article here: http://bestof.ign.com/2006/xbox360/

Gears of War is awsome. It was voted as gamespot's game of the year. I have been playing Marvel Altimate Alliance too and its a pretty fun dungeon crawler

smackdown vs Raw 07 very good!!
Ive heard really good things about Rainbow 6 but I havent played it
Burnout Revenge is fun if you like racing

I would have to say Smackdown VS. Raw 2007. It has great grapics and it has more and new players than any other Smackdown VS. Raw game.

there are alot of amazing game like, gears of war (Xbox360 exclusive) call of duty 3 (also available on PS2, PS3, Xbox and Wii) rainbow six vegas (also available on PC) NHL 07 (also available on PC, PSP, PS2 and Xbox) and countless more!

it depends on what type of game you like to play.
I like oblivion, gears of war, need for speed carbon, NBA 2k7, NHL 2k7. it all depends on what games you like to play.
