Any suggestions on how to insert screw back pierced earrings?

I just got screw back pierced earrings for the first time and really suffered putting it in and taking it out. Some skin came out of the holes as I twisted it out. My ears still hurt.

Try ice next time place it on your ear for a few mins to numb it up then try it. Works pretty well with all my piercings haha painless. If you find it hard to put it thru an existing hole why not try oiling it slightly?

i am not sure what that is but i think u should not were them any more
