When she was born it was very small and it has now got quite a bit larger. It has red all around it and has a spot in the middle that is quite large and swollen. It starts on the inside of her lip then around to the outside and stops right below her nose. My question is for anyone that has dealt with this kind of thing and what to do. It has started to fill in with white but I'm wondering do I leave it alone or go back to speacialist to do some kind of treatment.

It has stopped growing but it isn't exactly shrinking yet. Like I said though it is starting to feel in with white.

most of them are harmless and some go away on their own. since u say hers is getting bigger take her in, you don't want to wait till it gets too big and can disfigure her, the specialist can tell u wehter they would surgically remove it before it gets any bigger. so def go back

I would go back to the specialist. Just to make sure everything is okay with it.
