towing capacity is o these cars have weak trans especially v6 any thing you haul besides people is taxing your tranny rent a car or buy something else to tow with tranny is 1800 for this car

Not much.
I know the breeze was pretty much just a larger version of the neon. I was able to tow a small 2 person Jet Ski with my neon and it was like 1000#s, the book in the neon said up to 1500, but I wouldn't try it.
I hope that gives you some idea, but sorry if it doesn't help much.

This site has information on vehicle tow ratings: http://www.trailerlife.com/ . However it does not rate vehicles with towing capacity under 2000 pounds and in more recent years does not include cars (since they usually are rated under 2000 pounds) at all. I would agree that the rating for your car is probably 1500 pounds, maybe less if it is a stick.
