Are you sure it's diarrhea? It may be loose bowels but you should take her too the doctor if you just want a piece of mind to know that your baby is ok. As long as she is functioning normally and there is no blood in the stool you could probably let it take it's course. How often a day is it occurring? Does she have it at least 8 times within 8 hours? Has there been a change in her diet? A change in her daily routine? Does she have a fever? Is she on any medications that diarrhea is a side effect? Is she teething? Have you noticed her appetite change? Eating less, turning down food? Is there any bood in her stool? These are questions that the nurse will ask when you call to schedule her sick appointment, until then give her foods that bind such as bananas, applesauce, yogurt, etc.

You haven't taken her to the dr YET??? She should have been in there after 2 DAYS of symptoms, not two WEEKS> Greenish diarrhea is a sign of a bacterial infection, like salmonella. Take her to the dr NOW.
Sheesh....

Please tell me you have a doctor for this child. However, if you are one of the many Americans without insurance, you can still access medical care through the ER.
Go to the ER .
After getting help , please also seek guidance from the case manager there if you are having issues with finances/access.
BUT you MUST get your baby to the ER ASAP and get help because at this point you are really jeopardizing this child's health.

If a child has diarrhea for more than a couple days you should seek a doctor's help! There is NO WAY you should have waited two weeks!

Take her to a pediatrician. Whenever a "disease" lasts longer than a week, your child should be taken to a doctor. If you don't have insurance, either pay cash or search for a free clinic.

After two weeks you shouldn't need us to tell you to keep going to doctors until they find the cause.
Also two weeks on nothing but pedialyte could cause malnutrition.

most of these bugs go away after a few days, so if the poor little thing still has it, she needs to see her pediatrician. Have you changed her diet recently?
