Cincinnatians are largely homebodies, and the best times to be had here for New Year's Eve are generally private parties at friends' houses.
Having said that, though, there are some really unique things to do here that you might not think of:
Ice Skating on Fountain Square Downtown. The new rink has cooling built into the base, so it's possible to skate in anything under 50 degrees outside.
Bar-hopping in Mt Adams is fun, and there's literally partying in the streets that night. Parking is atrocious that night, and getting a cab is challenging. I recommend dropping off a car earlier in the day to get it parked on the street, and then taking a cab in when you're ready to start. Going earlier than 9pm makes the night way too long.
The best thing to do, I think, is to go the all-in-one-building route by staying overnight at a downtown hotel (the Netherland Plaza is my favorite), booking a dinner reservation either at the hotel or somewhere within walking distance (the hotel can make the best recommendations), skating for a bit on fountain square, and then attending a late-night party at the hotel. This is a good night to stay off the roads because of the heavy traffic and the drunk drivers.
The Millenium has a good all-inclusive package if there are still reservations available. I left you a link below. Happy New Year!

I have been given a job on the corner food market , yet that grow to be yrs in the past while ther grow to be one approximately each 5-7 blocks aside and convenience shops have been in California and enormous chain grocery shops weren't lots greater low-fee than mom and Pops'. yet while there is any around you, why wait till summer time? go now and get an element time activity there and while summer time comes you are able to enhance our hours of working. i could say the main relaxing activity I ever had grow to be the corner food market. I found out the folk who lived contained regionally besides as the thank you to cut back up meat and probably the suited hing I found out grow to be the thank you to adress human beings as 'Sir and Maam", besides as "thankyou" after giving them their substitute ( Mreaning thankyou on your corporation). i grow to be an Introvert, shy , no longer understanding the thank you to speak with individuals to being an extrovert, beginning up conversations with those that has stayed with me to on the present time. So, if there's a "mom and dad" around you or in case you are able to catch the bus all the way down to Findley Mkt. I tremendously advise this variety of activity for a fifteen twelve months old

Check out B&B River Boats. They have a New Year's cruise. A lot of the bars (and probably Newport on the Levee) do stuff for New Year's, as well.
