...I have replaced any and all burnt fuses under the dash (and looked under the hood as well) but it doesn't last long. Now there's discoloration on my digital clock and digital odometer and the fuse to the power mirrors has blown. Also, whenever I replace the fuse to the cigarette lighter, it burns out within minutes. Any suggestions?

If you smoke the cig lighter could be the trouble.Look at the element on the end of the light is it in good condition if not replace it. Do you use the lighter socket to charge a cell phone this could be the problem too. Do all the int lights work look for one not working possible grounding point. Have you added anything to the int light circuit. This could overload the circuit . Sounds like you have a power shorted to ground somewhere. Hard to pin point it without being there and inspecting it Good luck hope I helped

Find and fix the short in the system before you have a car fire. If you can't find it, take it in. Don't just keep replacing fuses or you will have more problems.
