Yep. He's also to blame for last years tsunami in Indonesia and the huge snowstorm we had here in Southern Ontario a couple of weeks ago. I also blame him for the fact that the Toronto Maple Leafs haven't won the Stanley Cup since 1967...the bastard.

If he is a reason he purged a filthy, dangerous corrupt, city. One of the most over rated cities in the world. The worst thing that can happen is to rebuild the city that is below sea level.
The sad thing is that the degenerates that left the city now are ruining other cities.

cool questions but sounds narrow minded, kind of like the same people who said aids was sent by god to destroy homosexual men. If that was true, god would of sent a disease to finish off the child molestors and rapists. But maybe Bush has something to do with Katrina, global warming contributes to storms and Bush contriutes to global warming by using up all the gas that our soldiers are in Iraq dying for.

This question does raise the reason why so many Americans will find someone or something to blame for their troubles and sue the hell out of them. People look for others to blame on so many matters. I guess it makes them feel better? It's a lousy way to solve problems.

Well, you can blame him for the fact that the United States is now, thanks to his efforts, the most hated nation in the world, and also for a bunch of other stuff, because he is an inept, clueless moron, but we can't pin Katrina on him.
