It is, but it's out of production. I'm a huge Beatles fan and located one on ebay (DVD). I ended up buying a copy of the DVD for myself, was pretty cheap. Here's the link to the guy I bought it from. Good Luck.

Probably because it's bloody rubbish, and nobody can be arsed to put something onto a DVD that nobody in their right mind would waste time watching/listening to.

THERE WAS A LOT OF BICKERING AND DISHARMONY
BETWEEN THE MEMBERS OF THE BAND AND IT SEEMED TO SHOW IN SOME OF THE FILM. ALSO, THE MUSIC WAS NOT UP TO THEIR STANDARDS PARTLY BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO USE ANY STUDIO TRICKS AND EFFECTS AS THEY WERE TRYING TO GET BACK TO "BASICS". I THINK THEY FINALLY GAVE UP ON THE IDEA OF THE FILM ALTHOUGH I HAVE A COPY AND YOU CAN ALSO SEE IT ON YOU TUBE.

It's probably being remastered and will be released again next year or the year after.
