We are assuming you have a cut Christmas tree.........since it has been separated from it's roots for at least 4 weeks and closer to 8, how is it suppose to take up water???? Or cola, 7-up or other product. Initially the open water vessels will take up water or sugary water, but in time they quit and nothing more can be taken up. Drying occurs rapidly thereafter.

If you have a living Christmas tree, one still attached to it's roots and in a large container, then drooping is often a sign of overwater as well as underwater.......yeah I know, it's tough to know the difference. Living Christmas trees should be indoors only a few days and then taken back outside if it is a yard tree or into a cooler but sunny environment if one of those sheared conical mini trees.

I hear that Coca Cola would work but im not entirely sure. I think ur supposed to do the coke when u first get the tree.
