This exact thing used to happen to me when I was little (about 4 years old) except I wasn't dreaming. It would really happen. I would feel like someone would push me down, hold my arms and legs, and cover my mouth so nothing would come from a scream. It would last about one minute and then I would be released. It happened many times but since I was four no one seemed to care. I believe that it was spirits of some sort as well and even told that to my mom. It stopped when we moved when I turned five.
Most of you will roll you eyes and think I am crazy, but that is what everyone did when I told them when I was four. I never forgot.
The only thing that worked for me was to move away from the spirits.
*** I don't know who gave me a thumbs down for actually giving a real answer with real life experience of the same type. Moving may seem stupid, but it is the only way it stopped for me. ***

Why cant your clairvoyant spititual healer adviser tell you what might help? Id say sleep with a bat and beat the hell out of that something!There that should help

Someone or something is preventing you from achieving a goal and your helpless to do or say anything about it because the task was of your own undertaking. No, you do not have a negative force upon you, but if YOU think you do then you are the negative force. Call it out, stamp it to the ground. You have the power.

I saw little demons flying around my brothers bed when I was four.there was a greenish light in the room. I screamed but no sound came out I was so terrified.you must ask the Spirit of God to come into you and they will leave you.Theres a number of types of spirits that could be with you.though.not necessarily demons. but the Spirit of God with your FAITH will cleanse them from your body and mind.You must trust in that the Spirit of God will help you and it will. its that simple.Faith is all you need.Peace
