My Dell screen has dust stuck behind it?

I bought it from a friend who said this occasionally happens, previously the dust could be dislodged by tapping the screen case. There are two dots which are not responding to this treatment. I am sure they are dust because if you move around while looking at them then pixel image moves over the top. Has anyone had this problem and/or resolved it?

I would contatct Dell, if your computer is still under warranty they may send someone to clean or tell you how to properly do it yourself.

try getting air in a can from computer shop and spray it all over laptop. i use it for mine. mine traps dust like nothing else!
