If you computer states that it is capable for Vista, then yes. You could find that out on a sticker pasted on your computer. If you dont' see that, you probably shoudln't. Because it will work, but it might slow down your computer because it's not vista capable.

no it wont

you only have 256 RAM and some of that is being used for grfx since that pile of junk doesnt have a dedicated graphics card...

My advice - buy a new system, and not an HP or Compcrap

If you meet all the requirements Vista needs to run.
Check your system and the requirements carefully first!
