The Bush Administration is "The Land of Make Believe" and in that land is Condoleeza playing Sec. of State. Whether you like Kissinger or not, many would have him tried for war crimes at the
Hague, he is an extremely intelligent man, telemering into his nineties, and his counsel has been sought by many since the 50's. Condoleeza is just acting the part, as BushCo has no role for diplomacy in their agenda. Their shoot first and ask questions later style does not need a Sec. of State with any gravitas.
