Does anyone know how to make the webpages always open full screen?

Every time I open a web page it opens small and I have to resize it. Something changed because the use to open full screen and I don't know what I did. Help! Thanks!

It's supposed to always open the last size it closed at.

Who else uses it?

Open a new window and then re-size it to full screen, then close it out. Then open it again and it should remember it's "last-used" size.
