So far I would give him 7 and a half out of 10.He will be buying 4 or 5 new players in January and 2 loan signings from Man.Utd.
Sunderland are only 7 points off 2nd place after Keane took over they were bottom of the league. They will almost certainly finish in the top 6 ,but would not be suprised if they finish 2nd behind Birmingham.Keane was the perfect chose for the job.

He has been managed by the good the bad and the ugly he has stopped the rot and is getting consistency so lets say he is going in the right direction putting into practice what he knows as right but looking at the leagues how about macclesfield, both managers from the same path same result even to the extent both were exciled from the big one

good Q. extra warmth than mild is in many circumstances generated with the help of debate on 'loyalty' - which many ignore is a 2-edged sword and cuts both procedures. Shareholders will settle for a huge sufficient move fee if it suits their pastimes -sack a straightforward manager in the experience that they panic by way of short-time period undesirable effects - and a manager or participant will in many circumstances take even if chance arises on the 'good' time. The essence of ALL funding is timing. that is person-friendly to have 20/20 hindsight information - and declare you need to work out it coming - yet interior the authentic international it would not truly artwork like that. Too many uncertainties, unknowns, variables. such as third-dimensional chess - in which you not basically favor to video reveal what's occurring round (in all guidelines) yet besides attentive to what's presently accessible - or may be in 12/24 months' time. With a lot money awash interior the EPL - now more beneficial than matching that of the Spanish & Italian 'large golf equipment' - the stakes get larger with the help of the day - as do the dollar money. (Or Russian roubles.) Russia-v-Spain will be v exciting - and the superb even extra so. Will the strong, increasingly extra recuperating German gadget roll over the Russians - or get out-smarted with the help of the extra inventive Spaniards ? An soaking up finale - both way - and we English - who did not even qualify - alongside Wales, NI and Scotland - and Andora - can basically sit down on a bench and watch. As regards Keano succeeding Monsieur Wenger @ Arsenal - i will't truly see that taking position, no matter if the prospect arose on the 'good time'. And/or the money furnish replaced into more beneficial than sufficient. i'd wager Ferguson will do one extra season - attempting to get a hat-trick of Euro Champ wins - and then call it an afternoon. and that's going to then be a toss-up between Hughes and Keane - as to who's had the more beneficial 08/09 season. in the experience that they promote youthful Cristiano for a record-busting fee - basically as Giggs, Scholes, Neville and so on fade away - Manu will choose a important re-structure pastime. yet then Hughes may nicely have performed nicely sufficient @ city to stay positioned - and undertaking community competitors. i will't imagine Keane walking his canines on Hampstead Heath - or succumbing to even the optimal pay-kit on furnish (which isn't Arsenal's kind besides) yet anticipate he will be triumphant Sir Alex - and United-v-city derbies would have even extra chew.

the guy will be top manager in years to come. have great respect for him. met him a few times and he is down to earth decent bloke. he doesnt but up with all the crap and therefore stands on peoples toes, hence his reputuation of either loving him or loathing him. He is single minded and wishes to succeed in everything he does. If only more people would do the same!

I think he will get you promoted, but to be honest I dont think he will be there for long, he is learning the managerial ropes before moving back to Man Utd to take over when Ferguson retires
