Their interpretation and Liberal lobby groups that have banned ANY negative interaction towards troublesome youths has done no-one any favours, except the loutish familys that breed these pond life. I know of people to scared to challenge any troublemakers for fear of either prosecution by the Police or retribution from the Families of the troublemakers. No Liberals please we have ALL heard YOUR excuses to many times, you have had your chance and it hasnt worked.

Where i Live in Scotland the social work give all the families that let there children run riot free holidays! My children asked once why when they behave they don't get free days out and free holidays when the children that cause trouble and bully the younger children/destroy other peoples property etc get lots of free stuff?
Where is the justice in that? I have to work hard to reward my children, but parents who don't care get it for free!
What happened to punishment for bad behaviour? why are they rewarding bad behaviour?
There is no incentive to behave and ensure that your children have respect for other people/property/animals.
Perhaps we should not allow people who are not willing to teach there children morals have any children.
Children need morals they need to know the difference between right and wrong, and this is the parents job to teach them this.

Excuse me. This is a labour government so it is Labour policies. Now to blame the Liberals for incompetent Socialist ideology is a bit below the belt.
And there's no point in blaming Social Services either. All the ones that run those departments are much more interested on the returns of their inflation-linked pension schemes. And that is where the rot shows in their ideology. Have a nice day.

I think it's the scumbag families that breed the children that are to blame. Why blame the government? Troublesome youths need to face the consequences of their actions and share a jail cell with a hardened criminal. Squeal!!!!!!!!!!

They're more to blame for petty bureaucracy and meaningless paperwork. Maybe it's a disguise, while plotting revolution to provide citizens with rights to meaningful involvement: max week, min wage, education, training and full employment. The law doesn't apply to thugs as cool as those that make it.

Social Security is directly responsible. Parents and grandparents who have NEVER worked and have no sense of responsibility whatsoever. They resent everything and everyone. They breed children with no respect for anything or anyone. Nothing will be done about it. Nothing.

OH YES if it wasnt for them we might have kids with more respect for parents and teachers and they should be allowed to punish them anti-social behaviour wouldnt exist. They are liberal minded politcally correct do-gooders, this is why this country is in the state its in.
