First of all, you should go to bankofamerica.com. There is a link called "Locations" at the top of the home page.

Secondly, there are roughly FIVE cities named Louisville in the U.S. and Tennessee and Alabama seem to be the only states that have Bank of America branches.

If you need money, but don't want to pay that additional fee, just go to a grocery store or Walgreens and buy something and get cash back.
