Class and elegance. I think it is a pretty name.
By the way, it means "Noble stength". (below is the link for the site where I found this information)
P.S. I found another cool site for names, and attached the link below as well.

No!!!
Look up the meanings from different cultures on th web then if you really want the name pick a variant that is unique to the child.
Audrey is a unisex name and it usally makes people think of the famous actress but it also leaves a stimga that doesn't fit the child. one of my daught'er middls names in Audrey. It doesn't fit her and any child younger than her. that name is not a classic it's very dated and "star struck" I let their father give her that name and I really can't stand it. Only close family memebr's are allowed to call my toddler Audrey.
Don't pick a name you sound country(no offense southerners) when you yell it. Every parent eventually has to yell to get their childs attention regaudless of if it's at as park or mall even if it's t distract them from wandering off. You don't want to Yell Audrey or have stupid teachers {yes those do still igsist} pronounce the name horribly wrong

Personally, I think of my devil's ivy (often mistaken for a philodendron vine). My husband named it after the Venus fly trap in Little Shop of Horrors because it grows so much and he was joking that soon we'd have to start keeping track of the cats.
BUT, I also think Audrey is a beautiful name, for a human. :)

I love the name Audrey. It reminds me of Audrey Hepburn in "Breakfast at Tiffanys." Classic, young, cultured and beautiful. :)
