The main difference is that they belong to different countries and different cultures. While Indian Selectors are somewhat biased and wilt under political and regional pressure thereby depriving opportunities to talented and deserving players, team selection by Australian selectors is without any bias and purely on merit

Australian selectors pick the best players available.

The indian selectors pick the players they are told to pick otherwise how could they pick such a poor team.

i think the only difference is that australian selectors preceed with
efficiency not with the currency or money whereas the indian selectors are just contradictory. they think that indian cricket team is there province as they can make in anyone, thats y they have been failed to find there best 11players among 100 million people in the country!!!!!!!!!!

they dont have any pressure on themselves from politics and have all averagely talanted players to pick on. All in form.
India is a risk taker. They take risks with some out of form players pressured by previous records and politics. India has some very talanted players but is not making good use of them. Thats why they all get out of form and soon lose their confidence.
