You could just get rid of it manually. First, sever your internet connection. Next, open up your task manager (control +alt+delete) and end that process tree (it'll probably say something like Brontok.A.10.exe or whatever). To end the process tree, right click it and select "end process tree". A warning will come up saying that it may affect your computer, but click OK. Next, go to start/search. type in "brontok" and let your computer search for it. Once you find it, delete the files. That should fix your problem.
