you have been in labour 13 hours and your contractions are very close together. When the nurse checks your cervix, you still have not dilated. What are some problems? What happens.

Most likely (remember I am not a doctor) the baby is not crowning, there for you are not dilating. That is the only reason I can think of, but there is probably others.

I don't know what the problem could be, but I think that what happens next is a c-section.
