I am doing a science project and a need images i nRAW format, I Need a portrait or someone,landscape, nature, sports action. once again they must be in raw format. i know i can take them with a raw camera but i would prefer not to, also it would help if they were from a univesities website. thanks in advance!!

Raw images are bitmaps (the file extension is .bps or .RAW)
Some cameras do take images in bitmap mode, but this is expensive in terms of storage both on your memory card and on your computer (a 6-mega-pixel bitmap takes 6 megabits (.7 Megabytes) so even the best digital cameras (like my Canon EOS 350) compress the images in jpeg format.
But don't worry : no human eye can see the difference between a bitmap and a high-quality compressed image, and photoshop for example allows you to store images as .RAW.
