I want to sleep over night on the beach, something I've always wanted to do, would I get into legal trouble for it in Miami Beach?

Miami beach is the pits!! Take it from me - I live here. Nothing but posers and Hip/Hop @sshole wannabes. If you slept on the beach you would probably get mugged, raped, beaten up, raped again, asked for spare change, mugged again by the guy that asked you for change and then arested...not worth the bother in my eyes!
