I would go to the cruise's website (you can find that if you know what cruise you want to go on, or by googling it) and there should be a link on their website telling you of reviews of the cruise/cruiseship... and if theres not, then it must not have been that good. If they are confident about their cruise, they'll leave an area for reviews.

Well if you want to be one of several hundred passengers who get very sick on a cruise, go on a Disney cruise ship. Several times a year Disney ships return to port after a few days with hundreds of sick people on board.
