I have some maladaptive behaviors that I would like to get rid of. How can I do this? I am thinking about doing this with self hypnosis but I do not know how to do so. I hear there are other ways of getting rid of maladaptive behaviors. What are they? How can I hypnotise myself?

Really need a professional Hypnotist/Therapist. It does works and consider this; everything has a core, a root, a beginning and it's all hidden under lock and key within our subconscious, the Hypnotist has the key, but until you know the behavior how do you expect us to intelligently suggest a solution. Now Maladaptive Behaviors are simply ones that do not conform to the ordinary, see the vastness of your question? No, don't try to hypnotize yourself, how would you ask yourself questions if your under a spell???
