Of course it's Idiot Boy. But if you think this will turn his worshippers against him, quite a few belong to the Neanderthal Right, and the idea that we should pay any heed to international obligations really chafes them. Their attitude is, "We're the Big Bad US of A! We can do whatever we want! Ain't gonna let a bunch of pansy Frenchies tell us what to do!"
