IQ means Inteelligence Quotient meaning how smart you can potentially be, not how smart you are, so don't let people fool you. There are homeless people on the street with higher IQs than some Rhodes scholars but hey we don't all make the same choices or are presented with the same opportunities in life.
Stephen Hawking is much more intelligent than the average person, but there is no way to tell who is the smartest person in the world. maybe the highest documented IQ but no way to rate intelligence amongst our population.
