Sometimes I continue to focus on what I am doing no matter what may be happening, hey - did you ever notice the top row of the keyboard actually spells the famous word "qwertyuiop"? Oh, sorry, where was I?? Oh yeah, focus, right, get one of those auto focus cameras so you do not have to worry about it. I have 3 fish. I also have 2 TV's; one is broken and the other one is sitting on top of it. I need peanutbutter. Is that one word or two?
I want bread and jelly with it and a glass of milk!! Shoot, there's a big thing of ice cream in the freezer and a hunk of chocolate cake, I gotta go.

focusing on an task just takes practice...while you are performing the task try picturing yourself as the sun..where unlimited energy goes out into your task, but nothing can penetrate the sun's rays...you may notice as you begin to lose focus the energy from your sun picture diminishes...that's your que to refocus...it just takes practice
