Sunderland definately, Birmingham have an 8 point lead at the top, so they should go up too the other place I would say will go to Southampton in the play offs, as it hardly ever happens that the top three all go up, normally an outsider has a good run, they build up confidence and get through that way.

As to automatic promotion I think it will be Birmingham and West Bromwich. Asto the play off winner I think Southampton. As to the other contenders:
Sunderland - not consistent enough and need some better players.
Derby - playing above themselves but still a threat.
Burnley - not enough strength in depth.
Preston - away form will let them down
Stoke - if Hendrie comes backs to Villa they will struggle
Cardiff - again not enough strength in depth and playing above themselves earlier in the season

Southampton I hope if they can get it together and stop loosing to the last place team i would love to see them get back to the prem just on the fact that they have an amazing stadium, and that i have been a saints fan since i was born.
