Yeah I have.
Picture it: Day after Thanksgiving, 2005, there was a stray cat stuck under my car (2005 Scion XB) and I wanted to get it out so I get it out and am holding onto it to take it in and feed it and make sure its not hurt well the damn thing went nuts on me and bit my right hand to shreds.
I didn't think anything of it and cleaned up my wounds, the next morning my hand was swollen to ten times its regular size.
My fiance took me to the hospital and they immediately admitted me for surgery I was totally stunned and it turns out that if I hadn't had surgery I would have died of pastreulla which apparently is a disease cats carry. The infection went into the bones.
Now I have a permanent scar to remind me never ever pick up a damn stray anything.

Yes when I was 4 I went to the park with my older sister, and a beagle came out of a bush and started to chase me around the park. The bad part was that I tripped and the beagle scratched me on my cheek, starting at my eyebrow down to the bottom of my lip. I had to get 18 stitches, but it healed eventually. I'm not scared of dogs too. I even have a beagle named Molly.

I had a chihuahua that would yank my hair every time I got down on the floor with her. Thats about the closest to an attack I have ever been.

Not attacked, I got chased by en EMU once, as I was walking through the petting zoo in Manhattan, Kansas.

No, thank goodness! It is a serious fear of mine, especially with dogs. I am not afraid of Retrievers, like Labs or Goldens, but I hate all other big dogs. I am totally afraid of them growling and going for the voicebox.

Yeah, I was in Hawaii and I got attacked by a Peacock. It just ran up to me and bit my hand. It hurt like hell.

by a animal that was hit by a car ahead of me, stopped to help the poor little thing, 18 stitches for me later, taught me a great lesson

Nothing major but a neighbors obnoxious yappy dachshund ran into OUR yard and bit me on the leg. Yeah, I was TICKED.
