does anyone know a free website that will give backround info on a person?

If you google a name in quotes like "john doe" and know a city, it will give you a list of hits and then a list of services like peoplesearch. You can get some basic info like sometimes previous addresses, possible relative and ages come up, but for more specific info you will have to pay.
