You have to configure the router.
Read the routers directions, there should be an address to type into your address bar to access the router.
The logon is probably "admin"
the password is prob "password"
Set it so that you don't need to enter a logon and password for the isp.

I need more info to help you further.
OP sys, laptop or desktop, built in wireless or card, wireless active, lights on router, that kind of stuff.

My suggestion would be to get a wireless signal checker, they cost around 15 dollars. This way you can insure that you are putting out a signal. If you are indeed puting out a signal you might want to check the wireless card of the pc. You also could have a password issue or channel on the router misconfigured. But first and formost you must ensure that the signal is there and strong. Possibly by taking a known working laptop with wireless and testing. Right now you are troubleshooting to many unknowns. reduce the variables and start from there! Good Luck!

is your computer a PC or Laptop?

Late model laptops have the wireless capability(or should)
If you are using a PC (like me) you need a wireless antennae to run thru a USB port
