I'm changing with change, that is the only way life can be lived. That is unless you are an eccentric, old hermit who never ventures out of the house.
Sometimes change makes me laugh, sometimes I cry and sometimes I curse and feel bad about cursing later because everything happens for a reason even though we may not understand it at the time!

I think the answer is both...adapt is what humans do best, this is why we have survived so many tragedies and world events. Surprise triggers a response, which is a result, and a change.
