My husband started a lascaping/pool job 3 months ago. At the time it was actually a blessing. He was getting paid $10/hr with partnership with his boss only 3 days per week.
His boss soon left to go to the UK to handle personal matters, and left my husband to care for the whole business. Even thought my husband worked alone hes till got payed the same $10/hr (and of course taxes). Now it's a couple months later.
My husband was getting $200 a week and we complained to his boss that we can't not afford it...
My husnand and I were immediately looking for a new job. His boss then told him he could work 4-5 days a week in order to make more income. We decided it's ok..so now hes still working caring for the whole business on his own. There are about 85 houses worth about $70 each, a hotel which is $600. He seems to be making great income. Is he taking advantage? Shouldn't he pay my husband more? I feel very frustarted, but perhaps I am wrong. I have 3 children to feed!

Your husband is being taken advantage of for sure. His boss told him he'd be like a partner to make him feel more important and put up with all the stress. I agree with him starting on his own.

No he is getting paid fairly.
He agreed to the salary and the part time hours when he started. It was good fortune for your family that he now is getting a full-time salary out of it. What he can do is on his annual review state all the accomplishments that he has made and request a raise. You can also negotiate a bonus/referral fee for all new contracts that your husband brings in. So if your hubby retains a new client a 4-10% bonus of the contract price would go to him plus his 10.00 hr for wages.

Since your husband has to do all the work he should be making much more money than he is getting, he is definitely being taken advantage of. Your husband should start his own business and drop the crook he is working for..
