"The Suffering" by Coheed and Cambria is a good choice. His voice is pretty high. If you're looking for the highest and the prettiest of them all, try Prince. His songs are a bit dirty, but he has a gorgeous and very high voice.

The most famous of all, and probably the best, was the late Roy Orbison. You'll have to go to the Oldies department to find his music, but when you find it try Running Scared, Leah, Pretty Woman. I am not sure exactly what it means, but his voice had (I remember reading) an eight octave range.

Check out the Mars Volta... Cedric.. the singer can sing very high. But the Volta is a required taste...

Or you could check out the Pixies. Frank Black has great vocal range... he can sing high and low.

Both bands are totally awesome.
