Yes there are several... The main hospital in the area is the Comarcal Costa del Sol. It is a five minute walk from the Hotel LOS MONTEROS (which is a five star hotel). You also have hotels a few minutes drive. There are 2 Playa Hoteles (Marbella Playa (4 star) and Pinomar Playa (3 star) about a 5 minute drive away. Hotel Don Carlos is a couple of minutes further (these are east of the hospital). West of the hospital you have several hotels in Marbella itself: Hotel Don Miguel, Hotel Meliá Don Pepe, Hotel Guadalpin, and other smaller ones whose names I don't remember offhand. There is a bus service all day, about every half hour. and the center of Marbella is a ten minute drive from the hospital.

One tip i would add is to inform the hotel of your condition before you arrive and have it confirmed by email/writing.
Cheaperthanhotels have a local Spain customer service office for English speaking persons and you can put the request through when booking hotels
