I want to teach a class at a local library that would meet twice a month, however, I want to offer the class on a day that is convenient for many people.

Tuesday.
You do not have to watch out for Monday holidays. the work can be done a couple of nights wed - Fri and leave the weekend alone and they still have Monday to finish up before showing up on Tuesday night.
This is after two and a half years of going to college at night every week. Tuesday just seems to have the best advantage.

Tuesday or Wednesday. On Monday & Friday people are anxious to get home. Thursday seems to be popular for many other activities. Daughter has Girl Scouts, Church Meetings, etc. Seems Tue or Wed might be best.
You might want to talk to the director and see what worked in the past. Call other locations in your area to see if they have suggestions.
There could be local events in your area that would make one day better then another.

Monday - many people are swamped at work
Tuesday - good choice
Wednesday - good choice
Thursday - seems to be a very busy night, people preparing for the weekend, lots to see on television, lots of activities for the kids for parents to drive them to
Friday - obviously a poor choice
Saturday & Sunday - weekend. Saturday mornings actually may work for some people.

I think Thursday would be your best bet. The first or the end of the week aren't good days And Wednesday is church night for many people.

Wednesday should be fine.
Most company has a 44hours per week and Wednesday is the day these company works for 8hours so they can leave work early.
Friday is bad, because mostly people thinking of play than attend class.

Wednesday
Monday, terrible day, first day back at work.
Tuesday, first full day at work, too tired.
Wednesday- middle of the week- good day
Thursday- preparing for the weekend
Friday- no way- it's the weekend

I would guess at Tuesday. I think a lot depends on the age group, and an odd thing of what popular shows are on television. Some people follow television shows, with almost a religious fervor.

In my opinion Wednesday is because of the fact that it is the middle of the week and not many people do things on this day!

Monday nights, you can get it over with and it won't interfere with religions on Sundays or Wednesdays

i think saterday would be fine,bcoz after all five days people a get a day(sunday) to relax and think about.
