Wow... you are an insensitive jerk. "Slow like Corky kids"... what a horrid thing to say. People with Down syndrome are wonderful people who have challenges to overcome ... but then they also have to endure taunts and hateful remarks like yours. I hope you feel really pleased with yourself....not!

julie's_GSD_kirby, do you really think that people want to have a kid with down syndrome rather than a 'normal' kid??? Any deformity for lack of a better word it's a horrible thing to happen to any person, it's not something to celebrate having a kid with any affliction, it's to pity them and you. Stop putting words in others mouths. I'm not your clone. I pity you, i really do. You can't force others to like what you like. It's wrong!

the question you asked actually shows YOUR intelligence....slow, misinformed, ignorant, and just plain old rude. maybe YOU should be introduced to people who have DOWN SYNDROME to learn compassion, a love of life and an inner strength that you seem to lack.
