Right click on only the part of email that you want and highlight it and click on copy, then go to Microsoft word or Notepad and right click paste

What you're looking for is called cut and paste. You need to select the portion of the email that you want by dragging over it with the mouse while holding down the left mouse button. This becomes the selection. You can then do one of several things with it.

You can print just the selection, by choosing Print from the File menu and clicking on the Selection radio button.

You can copy (control-c) or cut (control-x) the text. There are also menu items under the Edit menu that can do these as well. As the action names imply, copy makes a copy, leaving the original text in place. Cut removes the text from the email. Both of these actions place the selected text in a special area called the Clipboard.

Once the text is in the clipboard, you can Paste it into any other document, using control-v or the Paste option from the Edit menu.

Sorry to be so long-winded, but I have no idea of your experience level. More info is better than less.

i don't really understand your question. if it regards printing:

left click on your mouse and drag it over the area you want to print, highlighting the text. click on the print icon, when the box pops up click on 'selection' (this will only print highlighted text), and then click ok or print..whatever it says.

Now, if you want to copy that text and paste it into a program/IM/chat..whatever then use the same method to highlight the text and then press control c at the same time on your keyboard.
