Most people are answering your question with peer file sharing responses... if you want to rip off music, illegally, that's the place to start.
However, if you are REALLY interested in listening to music, there are a gazillion radio stations that stream online (I listen to a good rock mix station from Baltimore), and there are several internet broadcast sites, I highly recommend www.live365.com, they have a good selection of stations and you can purchase any of the songs that you hear.

You can go to youtube.com and just type in the song in the search box. You can always just open another internet window and ignore the movie that's playing with the song.
