I dream about a co worker all the time, in a sexual manner. We flirt alot, but nothing to provoke the dreams. What does this mean?

It means nothing more than you're attracted to her and your body is using sleep to feel good.

That only means you have this desire of being with the co-worker of yours.
however, there is some conflict feeling you are struggling. That is probably due to guilt conscience. Perhaps, you have a current relationship. That is why you have nothing to provoke the dreams.
