if you copied the program files to a cd/dvd then it's not possible. there are registry files that have to be on the computer that are not in the folder that in order for the program to run.
if you borrowed their actual cd for the program, it may be a user license agreement. most programs are 1 user license. installing onto another computer. getting busted for pirating software isn't fun i'm sure.

the file is corrupt.
make sure u got the hidden folder that comes with the installer.
the total size shud b up to 500MB

it probably isn't working cause it's a copy, the newer the programs the harder they are to copy. I would suggest you buy one.
