until we stop the people who are buying those parts you know ther is high demand for those parts in the west because so many people need them for some people this is how the make their living by selling one of their kidneys the solution is that we should stop poverty and give every human being in the world every chance to live and provide them with all the necessities of life this is the only way to go other wise you will continue to see this going on

Alive or dead? There is no known market for deceased human genetalia, none has ever (successfully) been transplanted.
