Sounds like a urinary tract infection.
Go to the doc and take a sample with you.

You need to drink at least 2 litres of water each day.
If you drink a lot of beer or larger, you will have a strong odour and need to cut back.
I used a detox drink and incresed my water intake to 2 half litres a day for first week then back 1.5 lt and has been ok since.
Detox drink from any health shop or good Tesco store.
Good luck.
Andy.

If your diet is mostly protein, greens and alcoholic beverages you can expect dark strong urine. If that doesnt fit your diet than go see a doc you may have a serious health issue going on. Or better still, go on a juice fast for a week and eat light for the next 2 weeks and continue drinking juices and lots of clean water. Such foods as fresh fruits and raw veggies(plenty of bananas). I bet you're love the sight and smell of your urine!!!!!

You probably need to take in more fluids - water and fruit juices. Avoid alcohol, which can also make your urine smell strong. If you are still worried, then check it out with a doctor as some forms of diabetes can also have this effect.

If you have been like that for years and suffer no ill effects then I shouldn't worry about it!
As long as you drink enough and eat enough moisture rich foods then it is just the way your body is!
Some people sweat more than others, some people have greasy hair some have dry!
The way your body works may just be that way!
So as long as you are not ill in other ways I shouldn't worry overmuch.
To put your mind at rest you could have your urine checked at your GP.
Other than that I shouldn't get too excited about it!

You may not be drinking enough liquids. It could also be something in your diet. There are some foods that cause urine have an odor, asparagus, dried apricots, broccoli, legumes. Check your diet and see if you are eating any of these types of foods. Make sure you drinking plenty of water or clear liquids. If this doesn't help see your Doctor.

Drink more water or watery drinks. Less colour is better.
If you think you are urinating too often, have a blood sugar test, it could be type 2 diabetes. Best talk to the doc.

It sounds like you need to be drinking more water each day, try it, for a week, approximately 8 glasses a day, with very little or no additives, and see what happens. If this dint happen, of course I should visit the Doc if its worrying you.

Sounds as though you are chronically dehydrated/ You need to drink two litres of water per day. Initially you will be rushing to the loo all the time but after about two weeks that will stop.

Drink a lot more water - an extra 2 litres a day. This should solve the problem.
